It's the little things

January 10th, 2017 at 10:08 pm

So I've added Ibotta and more recently checkout51 to my phone. What other little things do you do to help save money?

My biggest money maker this year was my refund from the costco credit card. Bigger than I've ever had from am express.

I just added a new app to my phone. It's called mileup and it tracks how much you drive and the points add up to cash out for gift cards. You get 2 points per mile and cash out is 1000 points for $5 gift card. The good thing is you don't have to do anything.

I recently did Checkout51 and Ibotta too. I figured I buy groceries anyway, may as well save $1 or two. I think the challenge is limiting yourself to only those things you were planning to buy. The first time I sat down to unlock things, I found myself unlocking a bunch of stuff I didn't really need.

I tried downloading mileup this morning, but my phone is too old or something. Frown
ReceiptPal and SavingStar Checkpoints are good apps too.

Send me an email at crazyliblady at gmail dot com and I will send you a referrer url for mrrebates. I tried to copy and paste the url here, but it won't let me do that.
